Smartphones are a challenge for a group of disadvantaged elders. Under the government's implementation of the national travel plan, they feel helpless.
 
The plan hopes to arrange for the elderly in need to:
1) 1 smartphone
2) Free phone charges for 12 months
3) Arranging small class guidance workshops
